The inflatable cover is custom-made. Assembly and disassembly are quick and easy. No permits are required, making it the perfect alternative to standard tarpaulins, which lack components to create an insulating air gap. This is the ideal solution that prevents mould and condensation. The cover comes complete with all the necessary accessories for securing the fabric to the caravan, and it includes fittings for adding front and rear panels to provide full protection of the vehicle, upon request.

Mandatory: the measurement survey form must be filled in and sent to info@coarca.it to confirm the order and proceed with production, as this is a custom-made product.

Technical Specifications:
Roof made of PVC fabric, double-coated, 700 g/m², waterproof, highly resistant, Class 2 self-extinguishing, heat-sealed. Regarding the inflatable tubes, since the system is patented, technical details are not disclosed in order to respect Co.AR.CA Ltd’s confidentiality. The cover itself is also patented, while the fabric used is certified for commercial use.

The lateral tension system is secured underneath the vehicle on both sides. Air conditioners, antennas, railings, and ladders do not interfere with installation. Assembly:
The roof can be folded accordion-style or rolled up. Inflation is carried out by tensioning the cover at the front, rear, and sides using straps.
The contact surface between the roof and the vehicle is protected by inflatable tubes (ø 150 mm).
Assembly time: approximately 25 minutes.
